The Student Freedom Pass allows youth 17 years old or younger to ride HRT Buses for free (this program replaced the "Ride On" program).

Bring your friends and family to King-Lincoln Park this summer to enjoy three free, fun-filled events at the Southeast Community Celebration! Each event, June 24, July 22, and August 26, is from 5-8 p.m. and is free and open to the public. No pets are permitted on the event site. Blankets and chairs are welcome.
Southeast Community Celebration is sponsored by the City of Newport News, Jim’s Local Market, the Newport News Police Foundation and numerous Newport News pastors and churches.
