It was great! This is going to make a big difference in moving our department forward.
I’m reserving judgement until I have another Check-In. It went fine, but it was definitely something new.
I’ve heard about them, but I haven’t had a Check-In with my supervisor yet.

My supervisor just told me to keep doing a good job.
We talked mostly about the work I/we have been doing. We didn’t focus much on anything else.
