Once you’ve signed in to the online account, from the Dashboard select "My Account", then select "Payment Information". You can add a secondary bank account, change or delete bank information.

If you forget your Email Address or Password, from the Sign In page on the Portal, select either "Forgot Email Address", "Forgot Password" or "Problems Signing In". You will need to know your account number and answer a security question. If you still experience any issues, please call customer service at 757-926-1000.
To change your personal information, from the portal home page, select "My Account", then select "Profile". On this page you will be able to change your name, phone number, password, email, and security questions. Also on this page you will be able to link any other accounts you manage, i.e. rental properties or business.
