You may cancel your online account enrollment by logging into the portal and clicking on your Name at the top right corner. A drop down menu will show Settings, Change Password, Delete My Profile and Sign Out. You will select Delete My Profile.

The electronic delivery of bills is called e-billing. When you enroll in the Waterworks online portal, you’ll have several e-billing notification and payment options to choose from. The default notification option is for paperless e-billing. If you uncheck the "Yes, enroll me in Paperless Billing" option, you will receive a paper bill and an e-bill. If you are already enrolled in Waterworks’ online portal and want to begin e-billing, click the “My Account” tab and then select "Notification Preferences" to choose your personalized notification options. You can also choose to go completely paperless by selecting “My Account”, going to “Settings” and choosing "Yes, enroll me in Paperless Billing.”
Once enrolled, you can start making payments as soon as you have a bill due.
