The Peninsula Regional Animal Shelter, in partnership with WAVY-TV 10 and WVBT FOX 43, is excited to take part in this year's "Clear the Shelters" campaign. This will be the shelter's first year participating in this nationwide campaign with hopes of finding forever homes for the animals.
