The detective observed four males get into a car matching the description of a car involved in the State Police incident. The detective called for assistance and additional officers respond. The car attempted to leave the parking lot driving through an entrance to the parking lot in the wrong direction. A marked police unit was entering the entrance and stopped to block the entrance.
