Newport News Parks, Recreation & Tourism is joining with City Center at Oyster Point and Sinclair Communications to present Cinco in the City, on Friday, May 5, 2017 from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. at City Center at Oyster Point. This free event will feature music by Tumbao Salsero, food trucks, beverage sales (proceeds benefit local charities), face painting, and activities for all ages.
