[ARCHIVED] Police Seek Suspect in Virginia Educator's Credit Union Robbery

On 2/15 2017 at 2:42 PM police responded to the Virginia Educators Credit Union (VECU) located 12626 Nettles Boulevard in reference to a bank robbery. Officers met with VECU staff who advised that a black male entered thru the front door, approached the bank tellers and demanded money. No weapon was displayed. The staff complied and the man fled with cash.

Suspect Description: B/M, 6’0, dark complexion, medium build, between 140 pounds and 150 pounds, clean cut, wearing a black in color Nike hoody/jacket with dark jeans, wearing a white physicians' mask style respirator (dust mask). The suspect was said to be in his late 20’s or early 30’s.
