[ARCHIVED] Robbery Suspect Robs Both 7-11 and Rite Aid

On February 12, 2017 at about 8:16 PM officers responded to a call in reference to a robbery from business at the Rite Aid located at 671 J. Clyde Morris Boulevard. At about 8:15 PM a white male entered the business and asked the clerk if he could change out coins for dollars. The clerk agreed and walked to the safe. Once the clerk opened the safe, the male ran around the counter and grabbed the clerk pulling him back from the safe. The suspect then took an undisclosed amount of cash from the clerk and left the area on foot. The investigation is ongoing. Surveillance is attached for the Rite Aid robbery and a link is also provided for the 7-11 robbery (below).

Clyde Morris Boulevard at about 7:28 PM and stole several rolls of coins from underneath the register when the clerk walked away from the area.
