On Tuesday, January 3, 2017, at approximately 12:46 PM, two men got into a fist fight outside the Bowie Market and Deli located at 633 Ivy Avenue.
During the fight, another man entered the store, produced a handgun and shot one of the two men engaged in the fight. The unhurt fighter and the shooter then jumped into a maroon-colored 4-door sedan and fled the scene.
The victim was transported to a local area hospital for treatment of a non-life-threatening leg wound.
