UPDATE 02/17/16: Two individuals from the vehicle stop were arrested. Michael Edward Adkins, 31, of the first block of Middlesex Road in NN was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, and conspiracy to violate the VA Control Act. Dana Estelle Chandonnet, 42, of the first block of Middlesex Road in NN was charged with manufacturing methamphetamine and conspiracy to violate the VA Control Act. Ms. Chandonnet is the mother of the 13-year-old boy and 4-year-old girl.
Both remain in the custody of the NN City Jail.
The investigation continues.
