On Monday, June 15, 2015, at 5:11 a.m., Police Communications received a call of a robbery at the McDonalds, located at 12487 Warwick Blvd. An unknown man armed with a black semi-automatic hand gun entered a side door and had what appeared to be a t-shirt wrapped around his face. The man approached a female employee and demanded cash. During the robbery a second female employee escaped the building through the drive-thru window. Other employees present took safe cover in a freezer during the incident.
The suspect is described as a black male with a medium complexion, approximately 5’8-6’01, medium/average build. The man took an undisclosed amount of money from the business and then fled from the scene.
