Citizens are invited to the inaugural “One City Meet And Greet” to be held on Tuesday, August 19th, from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the Denbigh Community Center, 15198 Warwick Boulevard. The event will provide citizens the opportunity to speak one-on-one with state and local elected representatives, including members of the General Assembly, Constitutional Officers, City Council and School Board. The “One City Meet And Greet” will be held quarterly and rotate to locations throughout the city. The meet and greet is free and open to the public.
“This event will feature an informal setting for citizens to interact with their elected officials,” said Vice Mayor Rob Coleman, who is spearheading this event. “The goal of the evening is to bring elected officials into a setting with no microphones or stage, just coffee and conversations!”
