The recent inclement weather has limited our ability to reach some neighborhoods and locate the meters under the accumulated snow and ice. Because of this, some of our Hampton customers will be receiving an estimated bill. Others will receive a bill with more billing days than usual. If your bill has been estimated you will see the word "Estimated" by your current reading. Meanwhile, our employees are working hard to catch up and will even be reading meters on Saturdays this month. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
