[ARCHIVED] Customer Service Experiencing High Call Volume

Due to the cold weather and long holiday weekend, our Call Center is experiencing extremely high call volumes. If you are not experiencing an emergency, we would respectfully request that you wait to call until later in the week to allow customers with critical issues to reach us. 

If you have frozen pipes in your home, we recommend that you open your cabinet doors to allow warm air into the space around the pipes — and to prevent frozen pipes in the future, please follow the advice in this article:
