[ARCHIVED] Waterworks is Offering Installment Plans

Due to the unprecedented circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic, shutoffs for non-payment have been temporarily suspended since March 2020 to ensure all customers could count on having water at their homes and businesses regardless of their financial situation. During these challenging times, Waterworks has offered installment plans to help customers stay current with the amounts owed on their account.

We strongly encourage you to call us at (757) 926-1000 or contact us through email at wwcs@nnva.gov so we can assist you with a plan of action to get your account back on track.  We are here for you and want to avoid any future water shut offs when the suspension is eventually lifted. When contacting us, please be ready to tell us what payments you can commit to your past due balance; to remain eligible on the installment plan, new bills will need to be kept current (i.e., paid on time and in full).

An installment plan can get your account back on track!  Additionally, our representatives have resources they can refer you to for further financial assistance.  Please contact us today!  Our business hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Stay Safe and Healthy!

Warmest Regards,

Your Waterworks Customer Service Team
