Election Day is on Tuesday, November 3! If you haven't already voted, make sure you create a plan now for how you will vote.
The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail has passed, and for those who have one to turn in ballots can be returned using the ballot drop boxes off on the days and times of the in-person early voting listed below, or mailed to the Voter Registrar.
If mailed, your ballot must be post-marked by Tuesday, November 3 and received in the Voter Registrar's Office by noon on Friday, November 6. To track your ballot and confirm your vote has been received, visit the Newport News Voter Registrar's website.
Registered voters may vote early in-person until Saturday, October 31. Below are reminders about in person voting in Newport News.

In addition to the President/Vice President, Virginia voters are electing a United States Senator and voting on two proposed Constitutional Amendments. Newport News voters are also electing Members to the House of Representatives. Our city is situated in two Congressional Districts, so candidates vary by the voter's address.
