Newport News Waterworks City Center Customer Service Office located at 700 Town Center Drive will be closed to customers the week of July 6, 2020. We apologize for any inconveniences. You can make still make payments in person at 2400 Washington Avenue (City Hall Treasurer’s Office) Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 4 PM.
