Due to the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), all city offices, facilities, and buildings have been closed to the public. In accordance with Emergency Ordinance No. 7613-20, adopted by the Newport News City Council on March 23, 2020, the City of Newport News Employees’ Retirement Fund will not be meeting in the City Council Conference Room at 2400 Washington Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on May 28, 2020; but will instead meet via electronic means on May 28, 2020 at 9:00 AM. Public access to the meeting is available through the Zoom meeting information provided below. The citizen comments portion of the agenda is suspended; however, citizens may submit comments in advance of the meeting in writing to the Newport News Department of Finance, 2400 Washington Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607, or via email to retirement@nnva.gov.
