Instead of rushing to head home, only to sit in traffic, join us in an after-work yoga + meditation session designed to help melt your stress away.
Yoga offers practices to train the body, mind and spirit to self-observe and become aware of their own nature. Yoga is designed to cultivate discernment, awareness, self-regulation and higher consciousness in the individual.
Meditation is a means of transforming the mind through techniques that encourage and develop concentration, mental clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm seeing of the true nature of things. It allows one to quiet their mind and focus.
