[ARCHIVED] Community Survey for the Denbigh-Warwick Area Plan

The City of Newport News is embarking on plan for the Denbigh-Warwick area. The goal is to define a long-term vision for Denbigh-Warwick that establishes an identity for the area, enhances the quality of life, stimulates economic and investment activity along the Warwick Boulevard corridor, and improves the community’s overall health and safety. Part of the planning process will explore opportunities to expand and/or relocate Grissom Library as well as the Municipal Services Complex, which currently houses court services, human services, and police and fire departments. The relocation could form the basis of a distinctive community gathering place.
