City Center Oyster Point in Newport News will host the World Arts Celebration on May 17 through 20, 2018. Because of this, Town Center Drive will be closed from the Merchants Walk Parking Garage to Canon Blvd. from 6 am Thursday, May 17 to 8 pm Sunday, May 20. Customers wishing to do business at Waterworks’ City Center offices on Thursday, May 17 and Friday, May 18 will not be able to use on-street parking near our building. However, you will still be able to access the Merchant's Walk Parking Garage or park along Merchants Walk. We apologize for any inconvenience.
