Climb aboard with the Friends of the Lee Hall Depot on Saturday, May 12, 10 AM - 3 PM at the Denbigh Community Center for an extravaganza featuring operating train model layouts of all scales, vendors, costumed rail characters, door prizes every 30 minutes, raffle and boxcar loads of special children’s activities. New elements include a kids train ride, pedal cars, Legos, live entertainment with the Singing Conductor, train theme selfie stations and presentations on railroad heritage topics (11 am – WW II Hospital Medical Car; Noon – Operation Lifesaver; 1:30 pm – Norfolk Southern Railroad).
