The Newport News Police Department continues their investigation into the disappearance of Keir and Chloe Johnson. They were last seen on April 30, 2017 in the 1900 block of Hastings Drive in the City of Hampton. The vehicle Keir was operating, a 2013 black Kia Optima, was located in the City of Newport News on May 14, 2017, but Keir and Chloe have not been located.

Due to the generosity of the Newport News Police foundation, a reward is now being offered for the reliable and new information that leads to the recovery of Keir Johnson and her daughter Chloe. The amount of the reward to be paid by the Foundation is $25,000.

Keir Johnson 35 years old, 4’11” tall and weighs 140 pounds, has brown hair and brown eyes. Her daughter, Chloe, one year old and also has brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen with her mother.

The Newport News Police Foundation, founded in 2011, is located in Oyster Point at City Center in Newport News. All financial support received supports the police department’s mission to safely and securely maintain the City’s law enforcement obligations. “At the Foundation, we feel this is a very important cause and directly aligns with our mission. It is our sincere hope that these funds will help in the investigation and bring answers to Keir and Chloe’s family,” said Joe S. Frank, Foundation President.
