Information session for private landlords to educate on the process of housing the community's most vulnerable population

CALLING ALL PRIVATE LANDLORDS! Join Newport News Human Services at Four Oaks Day Services & Training Center on February 8, 2023 from 5PM-7PM to learn how you can make a difference in the lives of one of our most vulnerable populations. Gain insight that will help you understand the process of working with City and better understand how to work with individuals that have barriers.

We want to work with private landlords that have:

  • Studio, one and two bedroom units in Newport News or Hampton
  • Willingness to work with individuals that have barriers
  • Legal leasing process
  • Fair market rent
  • Flexibility
