Amazing Fantasy Comics
Amazing Fantasy Comics opened its doors in 1992,
in what was then known as the Denbigh Village Shopping Center. Twenty four years later and only a few doors down from its original location, it is still going strong. Located at 14346 Warwick Blvd, in what is now known as the DW Center, Amazing Fantasy Comics sells comics and comic related merchandise such as action figures, posters, T-shirts, statues, and gaming items carrying major brands such as DC and Marvel. Amazing Fantasy Comics also offers a subscription service for customers who want to keep up with the latest issues of a comic series.
In addition, the store participates in all of the
national comic industry special promotion events. Some of those include events such as free comic book day which is held on the first Saturday in May and Halloween ComicFest in which customers are given free comics to celebrate the season. A long-time tenant, Mr. Gary Driver, the owner of Amazing Fantasy Comics, is excited about the transformational changes that are currently taking place at the DW Center.
