The Waterworks Department has announced that its e-billing Mobile Application (App) is now available for customers!
With a fresh, easy-to-use look and feel, the mobile offering provides mobile compatibility across any electronic device for payments
on-the-go, the ability to maintain bill payment history, and simple click to pay emails to make payments without logging online.
The App is available for Android and iOs. With the mobile app, customers will be able to conveniently:
• Create an online account
• View and pay your bill
• View your account summary
• Schedule payments
• Sign up for paperless billing

Later this year, additional system capabilities will be added to allow customers to submit service requests online. Once implemented, this will mean that instead of calling or visiting the customer service center, Waterworks customers will be able to place orders online for some of the most commonly requested services, such as starting, stopping, or transferring service; requesting billing adjustments for leak repairs; and requesting meter re-reads.
