One City Gose (pronounced "GO zuh")
The gose style of beer originated in Goslar, Germany. Its recipe dates back to the early 16th century and is known for its herbal citrus characteristic of sourness and salty flavor. The
One City Gose hits the palate with a mild salty flavor followed with a light tartness from the addition of orange peels.
One City Gose will make its premier public debut March 12th at the One City One Celebration in Victory Landing Park before it is made available across the City.
