“Finding More of the Right Customers”
Christopher Newport University’s Luter School

of Business is offering a free seminar for small businesses Thursday, February 9 from 7:30 – 9:30 AM. The event titled “Finding More of the Right Customers” is taking place in the David Student Union Ballroom at CNU and features speakers William M. Donaldson, Ph.D. and Priscilla A. McGreevy.
The workshop discusses the critically important

topic of understanding what makes a customer ‘high quality’ and how to acquire this type. Speakers will also suggest ways to deflect the less desirable group of customers who ultimately cost the company time, aggravation and money. Dr. Donaldson is Assistant Professor of Management at CNU and Director of CNU’s Small Business Institute. Ms. McGreevy is a professor of marketing at the Luter School of Business, bringing over 25 years of public relations and management leadership to the classroom.
To register, small business owners should contact Teresa Tornari at 757-594-7215 or
