The Transformation Plan Kick-Off Community Meeting for the Marshall – Ridley Choice Neighborhood is Tuesday, September 20 from 6:00 – 7:30 PM at the Dunbar-Erwin Elementary School (Achievable Dream Academy), 726 16th Street in Newport News. The meeting is free and open to the public. Light refreshments and child care are provided.
