Themed Allied Invasion of Italy, 1943

Delve into World War II in a one of a kind experience at the World War II Kids Camp August 22-25 from 9 AM - 3 PM. Participants, ages 8-12, train in squads, learn WWII infantry tactics and play out two battles a day. In between battles, the campers receive instruction in uniforms, equipment and history of World War II. The theme of this year’s camp is the Allied Invasion of Italy in 1943.

The first day of camp meets at the War Museum for training and historical and safety briefings. The next three days of camp meet at the fields of Endview Plantation. Be advised, this is a physically active camp. Campers will be expected to run and jump as well as play in the woods and outdoors.

Pre-registration is required; however, payment is not required at time of registration. The cost for each camp is $200 per camper payable by check or money order. Click here to download the World War II Camp Registration Form. Attendance is limited to 60 children per camp.
