Ever wonder what city office to call for a city related service or question? Where can you report a pothole, a streetlight outage or find out what day your trash is picked up? Since March of 2013, you can call one place for non-emergency questions or to submit a service request - the Newport News 311 Center. Within the city limits you can simply dial 311 or dial 757-933-2311 if calling from outside city limits.
