Village Bicycles is a full service bicycle and accessory shop that is located at 9913 Warwick Blvd.  The business is owned and operated by Walter Gardner, who has over 40 years of experience in the industry. Mr. Gardner purchased the business as a Conte Franchise in 2006 and then rebranded it in 2009. Village Bicycles carries a wide selection of on and off rode bicycles and brands such as Giant, Felt, 3G, Specialized, and Electra.  The business has four employees and has a full-time service department for repairs that range from flat tires to full bicycle restoration. The shop is open six days a week and all of the technicians are industry certified.

On Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays throughout the year, they host group rides that bring cyclists together to experience a 20 -25 mile ride through areas on the Peninsula. Walt and his team also spend time supporting local charities and community events. Since 2008, Village Bicycles has partnered with the Oyster Point Rotary to donate children’s bicycles for Christmas. Through this effort, over 1000 bikes have reached kids all across the Peninsula.
