Now is the time to discover all of the wonders that The Mariners’ Museum has to offer at a price that everyone can afford. Now through Labor Day,

museum admission is just $1 per person. Visitors can explore the museum’s world-class collection, including artifacts from the
Monitor and see how we are all connected to the water and, through the water, each other. With the $1 admission price, the museum is looking to engage as many people as possible because through our shared maritime heritage, we are one community.
Throughout the summer enjoy the opportunity to see artifacts that are not usually on display and ask museum Navigators questions about items that pique your curiosity. Listen to Gallery Talks led by museum curators or Conservation Talks with museum conservators. For the young or not so young, try your hand at building your own model in the Ship Model Gallery. Visitors can enter raffles to win one of two 18-inch dolls from either the
Polynesian Voyagers exhibition or
Speed and Innovation in the America’s Cup!

Groups of 10 or more are required to book in advance, whether participating in a program, guided tour, or simply coming to the museum for the $1 admission. To book a group tour, please contact Bree Kitchens, Group Sales Coordinator, at (757) 591-7731 or
bkitchens@MarinersMuseum.org.
