CANCELLED

Due to the adverse conditions and rainfall that we have experienced over the past week, the City of Newport News has made the decision to cancel the 27th Annual Children’s Festival for the safety of the general public and festival participants. The festival grounds have been severely impacted and the conditions would not be conducive for vehicles and pedestrians. We apologize for the inconvenience
