You have several options for paying your personal property tax.

Check

You can pay your real estate tax online with an electronic check by using our Easy Check program which offers two convenient options.

Option 1

Option 1 remains a free payment option; however you will be required to submit a separate payment for each of your bill(s). This option will not recall or store your bill account number(s) or banking information.

Option 2

Option 2 allows you to easily retrieve your tax bill invoice(s). When prompted "How would you like to pay?", simply click on the "EFT (check)" selection. This options allows you to pay a bill(s) as a guest, or you can click on "I want to register this account" while reviewing your cart to create a profile using your email address as your login ID. Your account numbers and banking information will be stored and recalled for your next bill payment. There is a nominal $1.00 eCheck processing fee paid to Invoice Cloud for this payment option.

Credit Card

You can pay your real estate tax with a major credit card through Invoice Cloud however there is a nominal fee associated with this transaction. Learn more about Invoice Cloud fees online.

Online Banking

You can pay your real estate tax through your online bank account. When you use this method to pay taxes, please make a separate payment per tax account number. Also, if it is a combination bill, please include both the real estate tax amount and stormwater fee amount as a grand total for each tax account number
