Rates & Fees

Water consumption rates and service fees did not increase for fiscal year 2019 (July 1 2018 - June 30, 2019). However, on July 1, 2018, all customers began receiving bills on a monthly basis, resulting in the following changes to service fees and tier consumption level, effective July 1, 2018.

Single metered residential customer usage

  • Lifeline Rate Tier changes to 0-2 HCF from 0-4 HCF
  • Normal Rate Tier changes to 2-25 HCF from 4-50 HCF
  • Conservation Rate Tier changes to > 25 HCF from > 50 HCF

Service Fee

  • For meters smaller than 3” will be half of the FY 2018 Bimonthly Service Fee
  • All other meter sizes will remain at the FY 2018 Monthly Service Fee

Measurements

Water for residential, commercial and industrial purposes shall be metered and charged for every one hundred cubic feet (HCF) or used. One HCF equals 748 gallons.

Single-Metered Residential (Bimonthly billing)


  • Low Usage Lifeline rate is $3.21 for the first 2 HCF used.
  • Normal Use rate is $3.69 for > 2 to 25 HCF used.
  • Conservation rate is $7.38 for > 25 HCF used.
