Request a Probate Appointment

In order to make an appointment with our probate division, please visit our Probate Portal to complete and submit the probate packet online. This will expedite the process for you during your appointment. Be sure to attach a copy of the will and a redacted copy of the death certificate. You must return the application to the Probate Division before you are able to schedule an appointment. 

Again, please include a copy of the will and death certificate with the social security number and birthday redacted. 

Do not redact the original death certificate.

To return this application to the Probate Division, you may electronically submit the form through the probate portal above, in person Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM, or mail the application to:

Once we have received your completed packet, we will review it and you will be contacted via email within 3 business days regarding the next steps to schedule your appointment.

For Your Probate Appointment

  • You must bring the original will and death certificate to your scheduled appointment.
  • Filing fees and taxes are due on the day of your appointment.
