How It Works
You will electronically prepare, upload, and submit documents through Simplifile's or CSC’s web-based service. We will receive the documents electronically and review them for accuracy and processing. After review and approval, documents are processed, stamped, officially recorded, and put to public record. During business hours, most documents are reviewed, returned, and/or recorded within an hour.
