Get Your COVID-19 Vaccine

  • The COVID vaccine is available for free in Virginia to anyone 12 and over. Young people ages 12-17 can get a Pfizer vaccine; those 18 and older can get a Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine.  To find a clinic, pharmacy or doctor's office offering vaccines, visit www.vaccinefinder.org.
  • The City of Newport News, Newport News Public Schools (NNPS) and the Peninsula Health District are hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on Tuesday, August 3 from 1 to 4 p.m. at Warwick High School, 51 Copeland Lane. The clinic is open to anyone 12 and older. The two-dose Pfizer vaccine will be available to those 12 and up; the Johnson & Johnson vaccine will be available to those 18 and older.

Many hospital systems and medical practices are administering the COVID vaccine. You do not have to be an existing patient to schedule a vaccine.
