There are two types of water outages: planned and unplanned. Both are shown on the map below. Planned outages are scheduled in advance and allow crews to perform maintenance and make repairs to the water system. Unplanned outages can happen when breaks, leaks, or other damage occurs within the system. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding for this occasional disruption. As part of our commitment to providing high quality drinking water, our crews strive to make repairs safely while restoring water service as quickly as possible.
Instructions to help navigate the outage map:
If the outage is on the map, it has been reported and an estimated time for repairs is listed. Please note that this is an estimate, and the repair may take less time or longer than expected depending on circumstances.
Search for your home by simply clicking the magnifying glass symbol located in the upper right of the map window and typing in your address. Click any area on the map to see where an outage is occurring and the estimated time for repair.
To zoom, use the Zoom in button + or the Zoom out button - located upper left of map window, the mouse and wheel button, or the arrow keys on the keyboard. To zoom in, you can also press the Shift key while dragging a box on the map.
To increase the size of the map window, press the expand button (Two Arrows, upper right).
To zoom the map to its initial extent, click the Default extent button (House Symbol, lower right).
To pan, use your mouse and wheel button or the arrow keys on your keyboard.
