ExpressVote ballot marking device can be used by voters with special needs to mark their ballot. This machine is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act, and used to allow a voter to mark their ballot unassisted. The device uses an audio voice and keypad to direct voters throughout the ballot process. The marked ballot is then inserted into the DS200 Optical Scan Voting Machine to cast and confirm the voter’s ballot. Headphones are provided for privacy. ExpressVote devices are available at each precinct.
