A site plan must be submitted for review and approval prior to the construction of any building, the modification of any building, the use of land as a parking lot or the alteration of the grade of any parcel of land. Checklists are intended to assist the applicant in putting together a complete submittal package. Incomplete submittal packages will not be accepted or distributed to the Site Plan Review Committee for review and comment. An incomplete submittal can cause significant delays to developments of all scopes and sizes.
