Local Rule 97-4 Rescinded

          Procedures to be followed when screening applicants for appointment or reappointment of 

          Substitute Judges, Commissioner of Accounts, Assistant Commissioner of Accounts
  
and

          Commissioners in Chancery
          and
          Procedures to be followed by person appointed or reappointed
          as Substitute Judge, Commissioner of Accounts, Assistant Commissioner of
          Accounts and Commissioners in Chancery

        Upon consideration and review by the Judges of this Court, and finding it otherwise proper so to do, Local Rule 97-4, as entered on May 16, 1997, is hereby rescinded and vacated, effective immediately.
