IN RE: CONSENT ORDER


MEMORANDUM ORDER
LOCAL RULE 97-3

  Local Rule 97-3 is hereby amended effective immediately to read as follows:

  Effective immediately, the enclosed consent order (if there are no matters in controversy to be resolved at a pre-trial conference, i.e. no objections to exhibits, instructions or voir dire and no pre-trial motions are filed) may be filed.

  The Clerk of this Court is directed to mail or otherwise provide a copy of this sketch order to each counsel of record and to pro se parties.

  Pursuant to Rule 1:15, the original of this Memorandum Order shall forthwith be spread upon the Order Book and an attested copy of same shall be (1) posted in the Clerk's Office, (2) filed with the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia, and (3) furnished to Chesapeake, Hampton, James City County-Williamsburg, York County, Newport News, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Richmond and Virginia Beach Bar Associations for dissemination.
