Local Rule 97-1 is hereby amended effective immediately to read as follows:
Any case that is filed in a particular court, either 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, and is subsequently non-suited, must only be filed thereafter with the same numbered court. If after a non-suit, the court where the case is thereafter filed is not the proper numbered court under this rule, that court shall not dismiss the matter, but shall transfer it to the proper numbered court upon its own motion or upon the motion of either party.
The party filing after a non-suit shall notify the Clerk upon the filing that the case has been previously non-suited.
