Biography
Councilwoman Tina Vick was born and raised in Newport News in the southeast community, where she continues her desire to implement policy and programs to enhance the lives of all Newport News residents.
Councilwoman Vick has also published several articles including:

Councilwoman Tina Vick has one daughter, Teunsha Vick and a son, Terrance Vick. She also has three grandsons, Shamar Vick, Brandon Diggs and Tyson Carter.
